CASSAVA FLAKES( GARRI) is a fine or coarse granular flour of varying texture made from cassava tubers {also called cassava root}, which are clean after harvesting, grated, with water and starch squeezed out of it, left to ferment and then fried either in palm oil or without palm oil and serve as a major staple food in west Africa. You can package in 1kg or 2kg bags. White or Yellow.
